These Terms bind you ("Client") and Copywriting Central Ltd, 4 Beacon Down Avenue, Plymouth, Devon, PL2 2RU ("we"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance.
We provide professional copywriting services delivered digitally: sales page writing, email marketing copy, advertising copy, case study writing, and video script writing. No physical goods are supplied.
A binding contract is formed when we send written order confirmation by email. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
All prices in GBP, subject to UK VAT where applicable. Payment processed at checkout via Stripe. We do not store card data.
Timelines begin from the later of payment confirmation or receipt of a completed brief. Starter: 7 business days. Professional: 10 business days. Enterprise: agreed at project start. We notify you promptly of any delays.
Starter: 2 revision rounds. Professional: 3. Enterprise: unlimited. Revisions address content relative to the agreed brief. Material changes to the brief after delivery may be quoted separately.
You must supply accurate brief information. We are not liable for copy errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.
Ownership of delivered copy passes to the Client upon full payment. We retain the right to describe completed projects in our portfolio unless written confidentiality is requested before project start.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless caused by our gross negligence.
Governed by English law. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
